标准工时（Standard Working Time）：

就是指在正常条件下，

一位受过训练的合格工作者，

以规定的作业方法和用具，

以正常的速度完成一定的质和量的工作所需的时间。

标准工时的计算公式：

标准时间 = 观测时间 * 评比系数 * (1 + 宽放率）

标准时间 = 正常时间 *（1 + 宽放率）

观测时间：是实际观测得到的时间值的平均。

而观测时间由于受到作业者熟练度，工作意愿，情绪等的影响，并不能代表真实的情况，故此应加以修正，乘上一定的评价系数，求得实际时间作为标准时间的主体。

而实际时间应考虑一定的宽放，作为疲劳，等待，喝水，上厕所等必须要项的预备，这样才得到标准时间。

评比系数：

评比是一种判断或评价的技术，

目的是将实际的操作时间调整到平均工人的正常速度。

其中影响评比的因素包括：

操作者的熟练程度
设备工具的完善度
操作者的教育程度
工作的困难度

以 100% 作为正常速度的基准，

如果评价系数为 1.1（即 110%），代表比正常速度快 10% 左右；

如果评价系数为 0.6（即 60%），由代表作业速度相当于正常速度的 60%

宽放是指由于疲劳，生理需求，管理需求等不可避免的因素而给予标准工时制定调整的一个方法。

宽放率（%）= （宽放时间/正常时间）x 100%

宽放率（%）= 【（标准工时-实践工时）/ 实践工时】 x 100%

宽放率（%）= 管理宽放率 + 生理宽放率 + 疲劳宽放率

宽放率主要是如下几个方面的总和：

生理宽放一般取 2%-5%
疲劳宽放一般取 5%-20%
管理宽放一般取 3%-10%
特殊宽放

电子制造业使用的宽放率一般取10%。

标准工时制定中的宽放率一般分为以下几种：

生理宽放：上卫生间，喝水，擦汗等生理需要是不可避免的，一般来说这类生理问题产生的宽放率在3%-5%之间。
疲劳宽放：操作人员因为疲劳而降低作业速度或者休息产生的宽放。而疲劳的宽放根据行业的不同，规定的标准差距也比较大。
异常宽放：由于设备不良需要更换，设备需要加油，清洁等异常情况产生的宽放率一般在3%-5%之间。
管理宽放：由于管理上时间链接不到位，产生的不必要的物料等待时间及多余的搬运时间等。这是完全可以通过规范化管理避免的。

生产线平衡率

是衡量生产线各工位

作业负荷状况和生产效率的指标，

计算时要使用标准工时。

生产线平衡率 = [各工序标准工时总和 / （瓶颈工时 x 作业人员数）] x 100%

LBR = [∑ Ti / (CT x n)] x 100%

瓶颈工时 Neck Time：整个工序中，一个循环作业时间，最长的工序时间，运转率产品所需的时间。

UPH (Unit per Hour): 单位小时产能，是产能的指标。（衡量产线所有人每小时的产出）

UPPH (Units Per Person per Hour) 是人均的产能的缩写，是公司作为衡量员工工作绩效的重要指标。一般情况下，用 UPPH 来衡量，因为可以简单明了地看出多少人做了多少工作量，花了多少时间。

老婆新冠确诊

2023年12月1日，星期五晚上，老婆开始出现症状，身体觉得不舒服。她的身体怕冷，有一点点喉咙痛。今晚我们分房睡。

2023年12月2日，星期六，老婆还没有康复，一整天都在睡觉。早上我让她用试剂盒测试新冠病毒（Result Negative）。午餐前，我带老婆去 Setia Indah 的诊所看医生。医生用更高级的流感试剂盒（COVID-19, RSV,Adeno, MP, FLU A+B）为她测试（COVID-19 Result Positive）。医生为我老婆开了四天的病假和隔离。老婆需要在家隔离五天，从星期五至星期二。老婆医药费为 RM 144。

2023年12月3日，星期天，老婆只是好一点而已，没有完全康复。我再让她用试剂盒测试新冠病毒（Result Negative）

8:45 am, room 105 at 1st floor, open for registration

The doctor are busy doing HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound), haven't came in room 105, for seeing outpatient

Breakfast alone at Bah Ku Teh Teo Chew, RM 22 (芋头饭，肉骨茶，油条)

After breakfast I buy parking coupon at next to my breakfast place.

10:13 am, doctor finally came in

10:42 am, doctor start to see first patient. My wife is second patient.

Finally able to see Dr Sevellaraja A/L N. Supermaniam at Suite 1F-105

Doctor collect some information from my wife, then do the ultrasound for her.

11:04 am, pay RM 1,653 (by credit card) to hospital cashier counter at 1st floor. (For blood test & MRI)

Went to laboratory at ground floor to take blood sample

12:25 pm - 1:10 pm (45 minutes), went to Radiology Zone D to scan MRI

12:30 pm, I walk from Mahkota Medical Centre to Popiah Ta Chong. Buy 4 pcs popiah, RM 20 (RM 5 / pc)

1:39 pm, I went back to Mahkota Medical Centre. My wife and I eating popiah at canteen.

2:03 pm, my wife went to 5th floor for further checking.

After doctor checking, went down to room 105 at 1st floor, to see doctor again.

3:45 pm, pay RM 360 in cash to clinic nurse

3:55 pm, went to Radiology counter at ground floor to collect MRI report and CD

Pass hospital's original receipt to insurance agent

Go back to MIL house.

Notice of Termination of Employment on Grounds of Retrenchment

The proviso to section 12(2) states that either party has the right to waive his right to notice.

If an employer is carrying out a retrenchment, it is the employee who has the right to notice.

Length of notice should be stated in writing in the contract of service. If there is no provision, then it should be as follows:-

Less than 2 years service: 4 weeks
More than 2 years but less than 5 years: 6 weeks
More than 5 years: 8 week

Amount of termination or lay-off benefits payment:

Less than 2 years service: 10 days' wages for every year of employment
More than 2 years but less than 5 years: 15 days' wages for every year of employment
More than 5 years: 20 days' wages for every year of employment

AGITATED THIN FILM EVAPORATOR (ATFE)

Overview

Agitated thin film evaporators are often employed for fluids with high viscosity and sensitivity that is complex to tackle. Impediments with complicated materials are successfully handled by agitated thin-firm evaporation. The process uses mechanical agitation of the moving substance film under regulated conditions and indirect heat transfer to swiftly segregate the volatile from the less volatile components.The separation is usually done under a vacuum to maximize the difference in temperature while retaining the most suitable product temperature and to enhance volatile stripping and recovery.

An evaporator like this has two main parts: a rotor that spins at a high speed inside the shell and a jacketed shell. At the upper edge of the framework, the feed is introduced. The distributor distributes along with the shells that are tangential to it. The rotor blades stir the feed and disseminate it uniformly across the hot surface creating a thin coating. The heat source going through the jacket evaporates the volatile ingredient in the feed. Prior to exiting through the vapor nozzle, the flow counter is emptied inside an entrainment separator. The concentration product is dispensed at the bottom.

Working Principle

ATFE refers to the evaporation of a liquid to produce flakes or dry powder from a concentrated liquid. The ATFE is the optimum machine for converting condensed material into solid samples in a constant cycle. ATFE is made up of a vertical and cylindrical body with a thermal jacket and a rotor within the shell containing rows of pendulum blades all way down the dryer's length. The liquid feed product was distributed in a thin film across the heated wall by the hinged blades. The heat then transfers from the jacket towards the principal shell underneath the streamlined agitation. The turbulence enhances as the object goes through the release prior to accessing the calming zone located behind the blades. The liquid will evaporate as well as the liquid would then transform to cake, slurry, flex, or dry powder. The vapours generated ascend upwards, counter - current to the liquid, and travel through the ATFE's vapor outlet's Cyclone separator. These vapours will then be condensed and collected as residue in a condenser. For temperature - sensitive items, the equipment will be maintained under vacuum, and for standard drying, it would be operated under atmospheric conditions.
