12:30 pm, my QMS app alarm to remind me is my turn. I went to kaunter 5 to show officer my phone QMS number, then pass my old passport and ic to officer. He check my personal info through his computer, Then, officer asking me whether I marry or not. After that scan my right thumb and left thumb. Taking passport photo. Officer print out the application form for me to sigh at two area, then chop my right thumb on the form.

12:45 pm, went to Kaunter 1 to pay RM 200 by credit card for renewal of my passport.

1:07 pm, QMS app alarm again to remind me that passport is ready for collection. I went to Kaunter 6 to collect my passport. I pay RM 5 for purchase passport cover from officer lady.

1:20 pm, leaving car park. Parking fee is RM 3 (parking rate is 50 cents per hour), pay by TnG card.

2:25 pm, Rubine Service Centre send technician to my apartment for checking water heater condition in the toilet of master room. He found that wire burn inside the water heater. If want to replace with new wire, got to pay RM 120 with no guarantee that circuit board can still function. If circuit board not function, got to replace with another new circuit board (which estimate cost about RM 200) . So, I decide not to repair water heater.

2:55 pm, went to Elektronik Keck Seng Sdn. Bhd. to buy Rubine IA950N-CMG non pump water heater (Metallic Grey), RM 380

• Power Rating: 3.6 kW, 240 V, 50 Hz
• Dimension (mm): 440 (H) x 190 (W) x 87 (D)

Then, went back to apartment to replace water heater at the toilet of master room.

Cost:

• Rubine service center : Labour charges for over warranty period service case is RM 60 for 1st unit.
• Install water heater, RM 130

Record: On 24 April 2023, Monday, my water heater at bathroom in master room suddenly spoil. No hot water coming out, only cold water coming out. Water heater use less than five years.

• After sweeping tomb, eating breakfast with my parent at 大头

2023年3月26日，星期天（祭拜公公婆婆）

• 4:30 am, wake up
• My parent came to my apartment to fetch my wife and I
• Breakfast at Kulai big street, eating beef noodle
• After breakfast, send mother to Senai airport.
• Went to Saleng to visit the tomb of my grandfather and grandmother on tomb sweeping day. （父，妻，我，小叔，三伯母，秀萍夫妇，益南一家人，益祥夫妇）
• Travel back to my JB house, Kempas toll, RM 1.72
• Travel from JB to 三伯家 (Toll: RM 1.72 + RM 3.03)
• Lunch at 三伯家，eating 潮州式蒸鱼头，卤鸭，白斩鸡，猪肚汤，菜
• 午餐期间，我的舌头左手边，起血泡
• Travel back to my JB house (Toll: RM 3.03 + RM 1.72)
• My wife went to opposite of Eco Business park 1 to buy 3 boxes of 豆沙饼 (RM 11 x 3)
