Kes Kemalangan Dapat Bayaran Perkeso (tak bayar cuti sakit)

Kes PERKESO membabitkan kemalangan di tempat kerja, perjalanan pergi dan pulang dari tempat kerja, majikan berhak untuk memilih tidak membayar gaji atau cuti sakit kerana bayaran berkala PERKESO.

Semasa cuti PERKESO ini, bayaran di bawah tanggungan PERKESO hasil dari mencarum bulanan PERKESO sebagai suatu insurans pekerjaan wajib.

Sebagai pilihan majikan boleh memberi pinjaman dalam bentuk pendahuluan gaji sebagai perbelanjaan harian sepanjang tempoh cuti sakit di bawah PERKESO seperti diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 22 Akta Kerja 1955 [Akta 265].

Pinjaman ini pula boleh didapatkan kembali melalui potongan gaji pekerja setelah pekerja sihat dan kembali berkerja. Ia adalah potongan sah di bawah seksyen 24 Akta Kerja 1955

2 pm - 4:18 pm, Moon Poh went to Taman Gaya 洗脸. From my apartment to Taman Gaya took 30 minutes.

After breakfast, sent Myvi car to Perodua service center at Plentong, to service. RM 153.75

10:19 am, my parent went to my apartment to fetch my wife and me to JB CIQ

11:02 am, took CW2 bus from JB CIQ to Queen Street (RM 4.80 x 2 pax = RM 9.60)

First time self service check in (automated lane) Woodlands check point. 自动通关入境新加坡

11:47 am - 12:24 pm (37 minutes), took CW2 bus from Woodlands check point to Queen Street Terminal.

12:38 pm - 1:28 pm, visit 四马路观音堂 (temple close in between 12:30 pm to 1 pm due to cleaning purpose). Lunch eating at near by hawker center. I eat mutton soup + rice, S$ 5

5:24 pm, eating dessert with my wife at 阿秋甜品 Ah Chew Desserts (Liang Seah street), S$ 10.60

Dinner, eating claypot steam boat with Yong Yong, Linda, Sky and Nuo Min at 港式打边炉 Buffet 自助餐 at Liang Seah street. (S$ 28.80 x 6 pax). Yong Yong buy my wife and me dinner.

After dinner, took MRT from Bugis to Bukit Panjang. S$ 1.81 @ 9:24 pm

Took LRT from Phoenix to Choa Chu Kang, then took MRT to Bukit Batok. S$ 1.38 @ 9:07 am

My wife top up S$ 5 for her Singapore sim card at Kranji MRT station.
