Typing underscores in Excel

Select the area

Press Ctrl + 1 (or right click, choose Format Cells)

Under Category, Go to Custom

Under Type, remove General, type #*_,click ok

Enter number and see the result

Excel Consolidate Data

Click Product (red)

Go to Data Tab > Consolidate

Add reference tables One-by-One

At the window of Consolidate

Under Reference, click on the blank

1) Choose the area of two column with multiple row

2) Then, click Add

Repeating step 1 & 2

After done add reference, click the box of Top row & Left column

Click OK

to quickly increase or decrease numbers in Excel

Developer > Insert > Spin Button (Form Control)

Right-click the Spin Button > Format Control

Excel lookup functions: VLOOKUP (Vertical Lookup), XLOOKUP (Modern Lookup), HLOOKUP (Horizontal Lookup) & "INDEX & MATCH"

=VLOOKUP(B13,$B$25:$D$33,2)

=VLOOKUP(B15,B$25:D$33,2,0)

=XLOOKUP(B14,B25:B33,C25:D33,"No Data")

vlookup 一不小心会导致导入错误

XLOOKUP 比较安全，不会导入错误

VLOOKUP 漏掉了最后一个参数（最核心原因）

公式：=VLOOKUP(B13, B23:D31, 2)

导致的问题：你没有写第四个参数，Excel 会默认以为你要进行模糊匹配。而在模糊匹配下，如果你的工号序列没有严格按“从小到大”升序排列，Excel 就会彻底罢工，直接找错人或者返回错误值。

解决办法：必须加上 ,0 或 ,FALSE 来强制精确匹配。

HLOOKUP 漏掉了最后一个参数（导致模糊匹配报错）

问题所在：公式末尾没有写 ,0 或 ,FALSE。Excel 默认进行模糊匹配，而你的数据横向并没有按字母顺序严格升序排列，所以必错无疑。

解决办法：必须在末尾加上 ,0 确保精确匹配。

OFFSET PRINTING DEFECT

Hickeys 墨屎 / 脏点: A hickey occurs when a piece of dust or random mote sticks to either the plate or blanket of the offset printing press or the printing medium, which causes an imperfection on the printed page 当灰尘、杂质或其他微小颗粒附着在胶印机的印版、橡皮布（Blanket）或承印材料上时，会造成印刷品表面出现不规则的脏点或缺陷。
Roller Mark 墨辊痕 / 辊痕: Roller Mark means the unwanted transfer of ink from equipment to a printed sheet. Can occur due to roller setting, pressure setting, blanket condition and subtrate. 指印刷设备上的墨辊在印刷过程中产生的不正常油墨转移，在印刷品表面形成痕迹。可能由**墨辊调整、压力设定、橡皮布状态及承印材料（Substrate）**等因素造成。
Pilling 掉毛 / 纸毛堆积: A printing problem characterized by the accumulation of paper fibers 一种印刷问题，主要表现为纸张纤维或纸毛在印版、橡皮布或印刷表面上不断积聚，从而影响印刷质量。
Paper Dust 纸粉 / 纸尘: Dusting is a defect that appears during offset printing, resulting from fine particles of paper being extracted by the blanket. Caused by the paper fiber condition and trimming process 胶印过程中，由于橡皮布将纸张表面的细小纸屑、纸粉或纤维带起并转移，从而形成的印刷缺陷。主要与纸张纤维状况及裁切工艺有关。
Ghosting Mark 鬼影 / 鬼影痕: Ghosting in sheet-fed offset printing refers to the phenomenon in which glossy darker areas are visible on the back of otherwise even-ly colored surfaces with high ink concentration. The image on the front side reappears in the ghosting area. 在单张纸胶印中，当印刷区域存在较高的油墨覆盖率时，纸张另一面可能出现与正面图像相对应的较暗或较亮的影像。这种由正面图像在背面隐约重现的现象称为 Ghosting（鬼影）。
Mottling 斑驳 / 墨色不均: Print mottle is usually the result of uneven ink lay or non-uniform ink absorption across the paper surface, especially visible in mid-tone imagery or areas of uniform color such as solids and continuous-tone screen builds. 通常由于油墨铺展不均匀，或纸张表面对油墨的吸收不一致所造成的印刷缺陷。特别容易出现在中间调图像、实地色块及连续调网点区域，表现为颜色深浅不均或表面呈现斑驳状。
Scumming 起脏 / 非图文区上墨: A generic term for the presence of ink on non-image areas of the printing plate, which can be caused by a variety of press conditions. The symptoms occur when ink randomly appears on non-image plate areas and scum cannot be washed off easily. 指印版的非图文区域出现不应有的油墨。通常与印刷机的运行条件有关。当非图文区域随机出现油墨，并且不容易通过正常润版或清洗去除时，即称为 Scumming（起脏）。
Set-Off 背印 / 沾脏: The reduction or discharge of a debt by setting against it a claim in favor of the debtor / ink transfer to other printed sheet (over density can cause this issue - ink transfer to other sheet @ not enough sprayed powder) 指印刷完成后，尚未完全干燥的油墨从一张印刷品的正面转移到另一张印刷品的背面，造成背面沾墨或污染。常见原因包括油墨量过高、油墨密度过高、喷粉不足或干燥不充分。

右脚踝动骨科手术后，因为行动不便，于是购买行动辅助工具，来协助日常行走。

0~6周，动手术的单脚绝对不能单脚踩地用力。

6~8周，脚能部分负重，脚轻轻向下踩 50%

8周以后，医生允许脚能完全负重行走，需要尽量恢复关节力量，才可尝试脱拐正常行走。

Muzium Istana Kesultanan Melaka merupakan replika Istana Kesultanan Melayu di Zaman Sultan Mansur Syah (1456-1477). Reka bentuk bangunan istana ini adalah berpandukan kepada penelitian Buku Sejarah Melayu dan juga berdasarkan pandangan pakar-pakar dari Persatuan Pelukis Melaka dan Persatuan Sejarah Malaysia Cawangan Melaka.

Bangunan ini telah dibina oleh Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka (PKNM). Pembinaan bangunan ini mengambil masa dua tahun iaitu bermula 27 Oktober 1984 dan siap sepenuhnya pada 15 April 1986. Pada 17 Julai 1986, Muzium Istana Kesultanan Melayu Melaka telah dirasmikan oleh YAB Perdana Menteri Malaysia Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. Bangunan ini mempunyai keluasan 240 kaki panjang dan 40 kaki lebar.

Bangunan ini mempunyai keunikan tersendiri dari segi senibinanya kerana menggunakan sistem pasak dan tanggam. Manakala struktur bangunan mengunakan kayu-kayu tempatan seperti atap yang diperbuat daripada kayu Berlian yang dibawa khas dari Sarawak, tiang seri menggunakan kayu Cengal serta lantai menggunakan kayu Resak. Di permukaan dindingnya pula dihiasi dengan ukiran-ukiran antaranya yang disebut sebagai Ketam Buri.

Bangunan ini dibina dengan enam anjung yang dijadikan galeri pameran dan sebuah anjung utama laluan naik ke istana. Pada zaman Sultan Mansur Syah, anjung-anjung ini digunakan sebagai tempat tetamu yang datang bertemu dengan Sultan.

The Melaka Sultanate Palace Museum is a replica of the Malay Sultanate Palace during the reign of Sultan Mansur Syah (1456-1477). The design of this palace building is guided by the study of Malay Annal and also based on the views of the Malacca Painters Association and the Malaysian Historical Society (Melaka Branch).

This building was built by the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka (PKNM). The construction of this building took two years, starting on October 27, 1984 and was completed on April 15, 1986. The Malacca Malay Sultanate Palace Museum was officiated by YAB Prime Minister of Malaysia Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. The building has an area of 240 feet long and 40 feet wide.

This building has its own uniqueness in terms of architecture because it uses a system of pegs and mortise. While the structure of the building uses local wood such as the roof made of Berlian wood specially brought from Sarawak, the tie poles use Cengal wood and the floor uses Resak wood. The surface of the wall is decorated with carvings called Ketam Buri.

The building is built with six porches that serve as exhibition galleries and a main porch leading up to the palace. In the time of Sultan Mansur Syah, these porches were used as a place for guests who came to meet the Sultan.

Standard Execution Steps

Alarm Activation: The fire alarm is triggered manually or via the panel.
Evacuation: Stop all work, leave personal belongings behind, and exit calmly using the designated stairs. Do not use elevators.
Headcount: Floor wardens verify attendance at the designated Assembly Point and report to the coordinator.
Evacuation: Conduct a 5-minute post-mortem to review total evacuation time and identify blocked paths or operation flaws.
