向 中央政府 申请 “我的房屋计划” (Skim MyHome)

"我的房屋计划"(Skim MyHome) 着重的是较低收入的一群，是首相纳吉在2013年 所宣布的房屋政策。

Skim MyHome 的目的是为了鼓励私人界建造更多的可负担房屋。

Under the MyHome Scheme, eligible buyers will receive an incentive of RM 30,000 from Federal Government for the purchase of the properties. The RM 30,000 will form part of the initial deposit for the purchase of the properties. 每个单位最高可获三万令吉的补贴。这笔补贴金，政府将直接过账进发展商账号，申请成功者无需付头期。

People who are eligible are encouraged to apply directly to Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) (http://ehome.kpkt.gov.my)

Eligibility for Application for MyHome Scheme 申请资格:-

1. Malaysian (with Malaysia I/C). 大马公民
2. Age 18 years old and above. 18岁以上
3. Purchaser for first property.购买的房屋将是第一间房屋
4. One application either from husband or wife.
5. Total Monthly household income as follows 家庭月总收入:

• MyHome 1: Between RM 3,000 - Rm 4,000
• MyHome 2: Between RM 4,001 - RM 6,000

Application for KPKT for RM 30,000.00 incentive

Documents required for application to KPKT and to be uploaded to http://ehome.kpkt.gov.my as follows:-

1. Applicant's identity card copy. 申请者身份证
2. Spouse's identity card copy 申请者配偶身份证
3. Certificate of marriage / death / divorce
4. Photocopy of MyKid / child's birth certificate 申请者孩子身份证/报生纸
5. Latest income proof of applicant and spouse (3 months pay slip, employer's letter / Form J / EA form) 申请者家庭收入证明
6. For self employed - company registration certificate and statutory declaration on income.
7. Statutory declaration by applicant 申请者法定声明

Borang-borang yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dikembalikan bersama-sama salinan dokumen ke JPN seperti di alamat berikut（申请者也需要连同以上文件副本一起邮寄到以下地址）:

1. Application can be done online or download the form at http://ehome.kpkt.gov.my or the form can be collected from Bahagian Perumahan Johor. 申请方法：浏览 Skim MyHome 的网站：http://ehome.kpkt.gov.my；下载 Skim MyHome 的申请表格；又或者直接到州政府房屋办事处领取申请表格。
2. Please take note that all the application has to be submitted directly to the relevant authority.
3. Please take note that the allocation of unit and RM 30,000 incentive is by KPKT and only eligible buyers will be notified.
