7:35 am, driving from my apartment to KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital

Parking car at 3rd floor.

Before 8:30 am, reach premier screening & wellness centre and register for Health Screening Package 2. The nurse measured my weight (83 kg), height (172 cm) and blood pressure. Then, RM 6 cash voucher for breakfast was given to me by nurse.

9:05 am, walk from premier screening & wellness centre to Room 54

9:08 am, went to Room 54 [Diagnostic Imaging & Laboratory Services] to get number for:

• chest X-Ray & ultrasound at Diagnostic Imaging Services
• blood screening at Laboratory Services

9:22 am, done chest X-ray at X_RAY Room 3

9:42 am, done taking blood sample by nurse

10:03 am, done the ultrasound at Ultrasound Room 2.

After ultrasound, I provide my urine sample to Laboratory Services for testing

10:07 am, went to Room 2-02 [Internal Medicine].

Before proceeding with the stress test (treadmill), the hospital need me signed consent.

10:40 am, done the stress test (treadmill) at Room 50 [Special Diagnostic Centre]

10:44 am, eating late breakfast at hospital. My breakfast was noodle soup & orange juice, which cost me RM 8.50 (pay by RM 6 voucher and RM 2.50 TnG ewallet)

11:08 am, after breakfast, I put my stress test report in my car.
