He stay at Permas Jaya and got children. He will be working in Pasir Gudang. His future working hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm

Training for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Trainer: William Chong from Flexiplus Training & Consulting Plt

Attend by 17 pax: Managers (PMC, Purchasing, Pre Press, CS, HR), Engineers (QA, QMS, IE), Supervisors (warehouse), Leader (Production) and Executive (HR) in organization

Plantar fasciitis

Date: 1 December 2024, Sunday

7:30 am - 7:58 am, breakfast alone at Ah Hwa Eating House at Plentong, eating 亚华粿條（大）, RM 15

8:18 am - 9:23 am (1 hour 5 minutes), went to Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail for follow-up of plantar fasciitis, RM 1.

Doctor issued me medicine:

• ubat tahan sakit / radang; 1 biji 3 kali sehari, bila perlu
• DICLORAN; Diclofenac Sodium; Delayed - Release Tablets USP 50mg; 10 Tablets
• cream for the relief of Muscular & Rheumatic Pains
• each 100g contains: Methyl Salicylate 25g + Camphor 2g + Menthol 2g
• Antipain ointment; 3-4 times daily: 2 kali sehari, bila perlu

10:19 am - 11:06 am, went to Permas Jaya to see fertility doctor. (60 cents parking fee)  

Lunch with my parent, my brother and my wife at Johor Jaya 海记, eating 姜蓉蒸鱼尾，苦瓜蛋，菜，豆腐，茶王

2:35 pm - 3:42 pm (1 hour 7 minutes), went to Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail for physical therapy, RM 1

4:29 pm, I park my car at AEON Tebrau City

I buy RM 6.80 motcha cup ice cream

5:15 pm - 6:53 pm, dinner with my wife at Hai Di Lao at AEON Tebrau City, RM 178.70

7:29 pm, went to Decathlon Toppen to buy Fitness Toning Band, RM 48
