7:31 am, travel from apartment to Johor Specialist Hospital (KPJ)

8:19 am, parking car at Level 4 of indoor car park. (If I late few minutes, no more indoor car park space)

8:26 am, register at Premier Screening & Wellness Centre. Nurse record my height (172 cm), weight (83 kg), blood pressure (137/94) & check my eye sight. Then, nurse provide me RM 10 food voucher. 

9:26 am - 9:46 am (20 minutes), went to Laboratory to provide blood sample. 

9:47 am - 10:36 am (49 minutes), went to Diagnostic Imaging Services to do chest X-ray first, then do Ultrasound Abdomen & Pelvis

After ultrasound, provide urine sample to Laboraory

10:40 am, went to room 2-17 to sign consent for doing treadmill.

11:02 am, done doing lung function test at Physiotherapy

11:13 am - 11:56 am (43 minutes), went to Non Invasive Cardiac Lab (NICL) to do treadmill stress test

12:10 pm, lunch alone at Marrybrown cafe at Johor Specialist Hospital, eating nasi lemak rendang chicken, RM 13.50 (pay by RM 10 voucher & RM 3.50 cash)

12:28 pm, nurse of Room 2-17 phone call me that my blood result report already come out

12:30 pm - 12:52 pm (22 minutes), went to room 2-17, to see my consultant physician, Dr Kuan_Yeh_Chunn

1:25 pm, pay RM 1,399 for Premier Men Screening Package

1:41 pm, parking fee at Johor Specialist Hospital, RM 6
