我的早餐是哥罗面。

Medical Check Up at KPJ JOHOR SPECIALIST HOSPITAL
End of the month of October 2016, my father help me to book health screening package 2 with KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital through the website of http://www.kpjjohor.com/book-package.php?id=2.
Health Screening Package 2 [Code - 08010310] - RM 600:
Medical Check Up by Consultant Physician, inclusive of report.
Chest X-Ray
Stress Test (Treadmill)
Upper & Lower Abdominal Ultrasound (Gall Bladder, Liver, Kidneys, Pancreas, Spleen, Bladder plus, Uterus and Ovaries or Prostate.)
Blood Screening Profile, inclusive of urine FEME.
Parking my car at indoor car park at 2nd floor.
Walk to Premier Screening and Wellness Centre at 2nd floor of another building, to register.
Nurse assign me to Dr. Abraham Mathew George as my consultant physician, and recording my weight (82 kg) and height (172 cm).
Then, walk to Room 54 to take waiting number for blood sample (4030), chest X-Ray (4), Ultrasound (4) and urine sample (4030).
After finished, walk to Room 2-27 at the corner, to get consent for treadmill.
The nurse from Room 2-27, measured my BP (137/91) & P (57).
After measuring, nurse giving me Room 2-27 waiting number 22706.
Walk to Room 50 to do Stress Test (Treadmill).
10:30 am, finished all the procedure.
Go to nearby MB cafeteria for having late breakfast.
My late breakfast is Egg & Sausage Noodle Soup (RM 8.50).
Paid by using RM 6 food voucher (given by nurse from Premier Screening and Wellness Centre), and top up with RM 2.50 cash.
After having breakfast, go back to Room 54, to collect my report for X-Ray & Ultrasound.
11 am - 1:20 pm, waiting too long at Room 2-27, to see Dr. Abraham Mathew George & getting full report from him.
1:30 pm - 1:45 pm, go down to 1st floor cashier to pay my medical check up.
My waiting number is 6103.
My total medical check-up fee is RM 601.65 .
1:50 pm, pay the car park rate up to a maximum of RM 5.
- Notes 1: Medical check up only Monday to Friday.

今年的第五次上蒲莱山（山路篇）
早上5点，试着起床。
早上6点，去 TESCO KULAI 的路上。
早上6点50分，所有爬山队友在 TESCO KULAI 集合。
早上6点55分，开始从TESCO KULAI 出发去蒲莱山。
早上8点，开始走蒲莱山山路（从 HUTAN PELAJARAN 入口处进去）。
早上10点半，从山路出来，走泊油路上山顶。
早上11点，抵达军营山顶。开始下山。
中午12点，下到蒲莱山山脚。去瀑布休息。
然后，午餐在大树下雷茶解决。

Austin Heights Adventure Park
反正今天要去 Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park
领取 JB Engineer's Run 2016 的衣服和号码牌。
朋友就顺便约我去 Austin Heights Adventure Park 游玩。
我们约好下午2点会合。
刚好现在哪边有搞学校假期促销，只需 RM 48 便能畅游冒险乐园。
工作人员教我们如何使用安全绳索装置过后，我们在哪间房间进行彩排。
彩排过后，我们就直接开始展开今天的冒险旅程。
冒险乐园一共有7个 LEVEL，主要是在高空上行走。
要是我身上没有配备安全绳索装置，脚早就软了，根本不可能在高空上自由行走。
我们从下午三点玩到傍晚六点。
可惜有点遗憾的是我不能完成最后的挑战，因为户外冒险乐园将会在傍晚6点关闭。
我只能用四个字来形容今天的游玩，那就是“难忘体验”。

- 注：Fanta 饮料非常甜，我不太喜欢！
- 普通票价是 RM 88。
- 买好冒险乐园入门票以后，要等到3点才能上去玩。
下午3点，我们一行6人上去楼上等候乐园工作人员的安排。
游玩前，每个人需要花 RM 5 购买工业用的手套。
然后乐园工作人员会提供每个人配备一套安全绳索装置。
安全绳索装置上的缆绳连接着一条滑轮和一个固定钩。
接着我们被安排进去一间房间，专心听乐园工作人员的解说 briefing。
工作人员教我们如何使用安全绳索装置过后，我们在哪间房间进行彩排。
彩排过后，我们就直接开始展开今天的冒险旅程。
