10 am - 11:11 am, AM Aircond Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. send 3 workers to my apartment, to chemical service 1 HP walltype aircond at master room, RM 170
12:05 pm - 1:45 pm, went to Permas Jaya fertility clinic to see doctor
清洗冷气过后，冷气就变不冷了。
冷气开一段时间过后，就会闪着橙色的灯，然后冷气就不冷了。

10 am - 10:54 am, AM Aircond Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. send 2 workers to my apartment, to check gas leaking of aircond at master room, they unable to detect the leaking point. Then, they refill gas R32, RM 180
Date: 23 May 2026, Saturday
2:45 pm - 4 pm, AM Aircond Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. send 3 workers to my apartment to check the gas leaking point of master room's aircond. When they checking, found that inside aircond no more gas. They are also not able to detect the leaking point. So, they take away the indoor & outdoor of air cond unit back to their shop for further checking gas leaking point.
Date: 29 May 2026, Friday
After they done pressure test on indoor & outdoor unit of aircond since last Saturday until now, found no gas leaking. So, they assume the leaking point is at gas piping.
Date: 5 June 2026, Friday
10:30 am - 2:13 pm, AM Aircond Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. send 3 workers to install back indoor & outdoor aircond back to master room. I also instruct they to relocate the indoor unit to the top of door, RM 1,153
- Pressure test and reinstall wall type 1HP AC, RM 380
- Extra 24 feet gas piping, RM 528
- 1 pc casing 2x3, RM 65
- Refill gas, RM 180
