Issue: Database Connection Failure (11 March 2022)
Investigate:
- Configuration Services
- Perform diagnostic of PC performance.
- Support of software application issue and provide the solution
- Provide access remote technical support and phone support
Corrective Action: The oracle database was restored. The software is working as intended. (22 March 2022)
