7 am, wake up
7:55 am - 8:30 am, on the way from my apartment to KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital
Parking car at 4th floor.
8:34 am, check in at KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital
8:38 am, register and get the number for Health Screening Package 2
9:03 am, went to Room 2-02 [Internal Medicine]. The nurse measured my weight (87.3 kg), height (172 cm) and blood pressure. RM 6 cash voucher for breakfast was given to me by nurse.
9:12 am, went to Room 54 [Diagnostic Imaging & Laboratory Services] to get number for:
- chest X-Ray & ultrasound at Diagnostic Imaging Services
- blood screening at Laboratory Services
9:28 am, went to X-RAY Room 3 to do the chest X-ray.
9:38 am, the nurse taking blood sample from me.
Remark: the report for Blood & Urine Screening will be ready after 3 hours of taking sample.
9:51 am = 10:11 am, let the doctor do the ultrasound for me.
10:13 am, after ultrasound, I provide my urine sample to Laboratory Services for testing.
10:15 am - 10:43 am, went to Room 50 [Special Diagnostic Centre] to do the stress test (treadmill).
10:44 am, eating late breakfast at hospital. My breakfast was Tradition Toast & hot tea, which cost me RM 6.30 (pay by RM 6 voucher and 30 cents in cash)
11:43 am - 12:02 pm, having lunch at Kedai Makan Tua Thow (大头), RM 13.50
海鲜粿条汤（大）RM 12; 卤豆腐 RM 1.50
12:12 pm - 12:23 pm, walk at Hutan Bandar
12:38 pm, went back to KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital to see my consultant physician, Dr Diong Kok Hui at room 2-02
The doctor told me that I got high blood pressure
BP: 164/114 --> 160/124 --> 140/109
I also got fatty liver
1:58 pm - 2:03 pm, go down to ground floor to pay RM 650.25 for the health screening fees and medicine.
Doctor issued me high blood pressure medicine (EXFORGE 5mg/160mg amlodipine/valsantan)
Pay hospital's parking fee by using TnG card.
On 30 December 2021 (Thursday), 10:50 am - 11:40 am, I went to KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital to see Dr Diong Kok Hui again for follow up of my hypertension. (RM 114). Doctor advice me to take two tablet of 5mg per day.
