Issue: Convergence Manager could not power on. (13 May 2019 & 7 April 2021 & 17 May 2023)

Investigate: Faulty power supply. Found dead lizards inside the old power supply.

Corrective Action: The power supply was replaced. The instrument is able to turn on. The instrument is working as intended. (28 May 2021 & 30 April 2021 & 1 June 2023)

Cost:

• Power Supply unit: RM 2,200 - 2,500
• Service Labor: RM 290 - 315 / hour

Today I take leave for sending my father in law to Malacca hospital to see doctor.

7:20 am - 8:20 am, send my wife and my father in law to Malacca hospital. Hospital got a lot of people. Very difficult to find parking in hospital.

Remark: 

• Monday and Tuesday not need to display parking coupon in Malacca state.
• Most of the shop along Jonker Street open after 9 am.

8:51 am, went to the Cheng Hoon Teng temple to pray.

3:22 pm, Tangkak to Skudai toll (RM 17.38)

After exit Skudai toll, I travel through Senai airport city > Seelong > Eco Bussiness Park I to reach home. (Long distance, waste more time)

3:50 pm, reach my home at JB.

Night very tired.

1:29 pm, went to JB to buy 2 begs of 5 pcs coconut bun (RM 5 x 2)，九层糕 (RM 6)，蓝花糯米糕 (RM 6)

下午1点前，送岳父去 东甲福利部 申请社会福利局受益人证明信函（给马六甲中央医院）

After breakfast, went to Seri Alam police HQ to apply inter-state travel permit.

11:58 am, Skudai to Tangkak toll (RM 17.38). From Skudai to Tangkak toll took 1 hour 22 minutes due to drive without stop.

After exit Tangkak toll, got check point. 

The border in between Johor and Malacca state got police road block.

Before 1 pm, send my father in law to Pejabat Kebajikan Masyarakat Daerah Tangkak.

On 6 April 2021, Tuesday, went to Seri Alam police HQ to apply inter-state travel permit.

On 10 April 2021, Saturday:

• 9:16 am, travel from JB to Malacca
• 9:25 am, Kempas toll, RM 1.72
• 10:58 am, Skudai to Tangkak toll, RM 17.38
• Got one police check point after Tangkak toll. The police officer asked me where I came from? I answer: "I am from JB". Then, The police officer let me pass.
• Pump petrol at Petronas Tangkak
• No more police road block before the junction of Sagil & Asahan.
• 12:17 pm, eating lunch at Restoran Kim Long @ Taman Bekoh Jaya (RM 7 for 2人份滑蛋河)
• I attacked by many mosquitor at parent in law house
• 5:22 pm, went to Esgoa Enterprise @ Tangkak to eat cendol and ABC cendol
• 7:08 pm, eating dinner at Siaw Niu Restaurant (331)
• 9 pm -11 pm, police road block in between Malacca and Johor border
