On 5 May 2020 (Tuesday), my U mobile sim card suddenly no service due to didn't top up to my phone for few days.
On 6 May 2020, I went to U Mobile Service Center at Taman Molek.
2 pm - 4 pm, I queue up for two hours at outside of service center.
The technician of the service center charged me RM 10.60 for issued me a new sim card.
Lesson Learned: Kindly top up account & stay active to use all services.
