RM 100 TnG card top up issue with Watson

21 January 2020: Watsons got promotion that I will just have to pay RM 95 to get RM 100 reload in my card. Only valid for cash and limited to FIRST 8,000 reload transaction. (Promotion period: 21-27 January 2020)

22 January 2020: I went to Watsons Kota Tinggi, to reload RM 100 to my Watson's TnG card, but still pay RM 100, not RM 95! So, I file a complain to Watsons.

15 February 2020: Received a phone call from Watsons Kota Tinggi, she told me that I can go to their shop to get back RM 5.

16 February 2020: I went to Watsons Kota Tinggi to see their manager or supervisor. She straight away pass me RM 5 refund without checking my identification. Then, I found out that I am the only one who file complain for this issue! That is why she not need to verify with me.
