9:41 am - 11:19 am (1 hour 38 minutes), mountain walking up to peak of Gunung Pulai.
11:24 am - 12:35 pm (1 hour 11 minutes), mountain walking down from Gunung Pulai TM tower.
12:23 pm, rest for a while at Gunung Pulai waterfall. From waterfall to exit took 12 minutes.
Gunung Pulai > Pekan Nenas > Ulu Choh > Kangkar Pulai > JB
