Non Operation Overtime Claim: Not Eligible

Annual leave:
  • 10 Days (1 to 2 years)
  • 12 Days (2 to 5 years)
  • 16 Days (5 years and above)
Unpaid leave, UPL = Basic Salary x 12 / 2288 x 8 hrs

Lateness = Basic Salary / Calendar Months / 8 hrs

Paternity (Male): 7 Days leave duration (First 5 children)

Sick Leave: 
  • 14 Days (1 to 2 years of working)
  • 18 Days (2 to 5 years)
  • 22 Days (5 years and above)
Hospitalization Leave: Maximum 60 Days

Compassionate Leave: 
  • 3 Days (Parent, spouse or child)
  • 2 Days (Grandparent or parent-in-law)
  • 1 Day (brother or sister)
Termination of services:
Executive / Non Executive: 1 month notice of termination after confirmed

Medical Benefit: RM 50 per month of medical treatment
