印刷厂的色彩管理

色彩管理是印刷厂中不可或缺的一部分，主要用于对印刷品的颜色进行精确比对和调整，以确保印刷品的颜色与原始设计或客户要求一致。

色彩管理的功能与重要性：

• 颜色比对：主要功能是对印刷品的颜色进行比对，确保其与原始设计或客户要求一致。通过对比印刷品与标准色卡或电子样稿，可以及时发现并纠正颜色偏差。
• 质量控制：印刷品质量控制的关键环节。通过对印刷品的颜色进行精确比对和调整，可以避免因颜色问题导致的客户投诉和退货，提高客户满意度。
• 提升效率：印刷品的颜色问题可以及时发现并解决，避免了因返工或重新印刷导致的生产延误和成本增加。

色彩管理需要配备专业的设备和颜色标准，为印刷品的颜色质量控制提供重要保障。

颜色标准：会使用到各种颜色标准，如 PANTONE 色卡，CMYK 颜色系统等，作为颜色比对的参考依据。

仪器 （Measurement Equipment）：如 国际性仪器 X-Rite eXact 光谱密度仪（X-Rite eXact Spectrophotometer）, 能提高生产力和准确性，可以模拟印刷过程，帮助工作人员准确预测和调整印刷品的颜色，消除人为失误的机会，并提高了颜色精确度。

Color - only measure one Lab value of the sample

• L* - lightness (0-dark; 100-white)
• a* - (+ve red; -ve green)
• b* - (+ve yellow; -ve blue)

Color - Ref01 - measure the color difference between reference 01 and the sample

△L* = L (sample) - L (ref01)

• positive value (+L) means sample is lighter than reference
• negative value (-L) means sample is darker than reference

△a* = a (sample) - a (ref01)

• positive value (+a) means sample is less greenish / more reddish

△b* = b (sample) - b (ref01)

• positive value (+b) means sample is less bluish / more yellowish

用分光光度计测量色差是很流行的，现在给出一个客观一致的结果（Delta E）。

理想情况下，Delta E 应该与视觉差异一致。Delta E 小意味着视觉差异小。
