- 每个 medium size 黑色 垃圾袋收费 RM 10，不能自己带出去丢，只能交给营地工作人员处理垃圾（以防缺德的人在营地外乱丢垃圾）

- 3:48 pm, went to unit fisioterapi
- 3:54 pm, making appointment for next time
