11:08 am, Skudai to Yong Peng Selatan toll, RM 9.10

11:18 am, went to Eng Hin at Yong Peng, to buy 福州饼 和 桂花八宝花茶, RM 32.50

11:25 am, eating early lunch at Yuan Yean Fishball Eating House at Yong Peng. My wife buy me lunch, RM 20.65

After lunch, my wife buy 2 pcs of guava at Yong Peng for MIL, RM 8

12:50 pm, Yong Peng Utara to Tangkak toll, RM 7.95

My wife went to her tenant's house to paste 2nd notice

Dinner with my wife & MIL at 文打烟 Muar, eating otak, 蚝煎，炒果条, satay, popiah, 红酒鸡面线

Went back to tenant's house, to talk with their neighbour.

7:51 am - 8:06 am, breakfast alone at Simpang Bekoh, eating nasi kari kambing, RM 13

Breakfast with MIL & wife at 16 miles of Jasin.

Went to McDonald's Jasin to buy burger for MIL

Drive car from Simpang Bekoh > Asahan > Jementah > Batu Anam, beside GUZAOWEI 古早味茶餐室 at Taman Mina, to get her tenant to sign on agreement.

12:03 pm, visit 0 km of Segamat (near to train station and bus terminal)

12:12 pm, visit Jambatan Keretapi Besi Segamat.

1:18 pm - 1:50 pm, lunch with my wife at 隆华海鲜饭店 FOOK RONG HUA RESTAURANT at Chaah, RM 55

After lunch, travel from Segamat to JB by using Route 1

6:50 pm, dinner with my wife at Bar Wang Rice at Taman Daya, RM 21.50
